I bought two microbead travel pillows from amazon and I could not be happier with them. I got one large one for myself and a smaller one for my 9-year-old daughter. At first when I tried it on a flight to New York, it seemed to bulky and I was slightly uncomfortable falling asleep. I woke up two hours later and realized I did something I had never been able to do in my forty years: I fell asleep on a plane and woke up without pain! Normally if I fall asleep while flying I will wake up with neck pain and severe back pain, but the microbead travel pillows I purchased work surprisingly well to prevent discomfort and pains.
I believe this is a result of the microbead technology inside the pillows. They really are remarkable and are even environmentally sustainable. They allowed my neck to stay in whatever spot was most comfortable, providing a mixture of comfort and support I just hadn’t found in other travel pillows. The little microbeads are very easy to adjust to your liking and return to their original resting place after you have used them. The part that stands out the most to me is how moldable they are, giving you choice of how exactly you want to position yourself.
I loved these microbead travel pillows so much that I purchased two more, one for my mother who lives in a nursing home and is bothered by back pain, and the other for my wife.
The pillow is extremely portable and can be packed in your carry-on bag if you are flying and fits in any size backpack. Lightweight, portable, comfortable, fully adjustable and a pretty good price. You really can’t go wrong with microbead travel pillows.
